  ChinesepeopleisnotatermthattallieswiththeChineseterritory.Allovertheworld,thereareChinesewhoownvariouspoliticalviewsinheritedfromeachhistoricalperiods,fromtheoldadherentofthepastdynastiestotheJune4studentsinexile,fromDalaiLahmatoFalunTeacher.Chinaisconnectedwithseveralofpoliticalshockwaves..ThevoicesofChinesepeoplespreadfromChinesenativelandtotheabroad,fromtheequatortothetwopolesoftheearth.
  
  AlthoughthepoliciesofChinahavetakenabigstridetowarddemocracyandfreedomwithinthe25yearswhenitcarriedoutreformationandopeningtotheoutsideworld,itstillcannotbeinharmonywiththevariousviews.Inparticular,Chinesegovernmenthasneverpubliclyadmittedthatitmadeanyofitspolicyunderanyouterpressureorinaccommodationtotheviewsofanypoliticalgroups.Undersuchcircumstances,Chinesegovernmenthasneveradmittedthesegroupsintoit,whileitordinarilyactsindependently.
  
  Inconsiderationofthis,thecircumstancesthatpeopleexpresstheirgrievancesonlinearebecomingtheturbulentwaves.Tomuzzlepublicopinionisnoteasyasbefore,onlyifthenetworkbecontrolled.Nowitisanunprecedentedhistoricalstage.Thestageendedwhensomeonewasplacedundersurveillanceofhis/herrelatives,colleaguesorneibours,andmembersofhis/herfamilywereinstigatedtostruggleandbreakoffrelationswitheachother.Thenewformwasintroducedbothtocontrolandanti-control.
  
  Conclusion
  
  Chinesepolitics,ChineseeconomyandthedevelopmentofscienceandtechnologyinChina,formsubtlerelations.Theauthorityhopetocontrolscienceandtechnologyaswellaseconomyfirmly,andcontrolthesociety,includingnetwork,bythesamemeans.Thisisthecontinuationoftheconventionalmode.
