have no choice but to do没有别的选择只有做某事。例如：

1)We have no choice but to wait．我们没有别的选择，只有等待。

2)He has no choice but to surrender．他没有别的选择，只有投降。

lie in在于。例如：

The difficulty lies in their poverty．困难在于他们穷。
