The System of Farmland Acquisition in China:

Evolution, Current Situation, Problems and Countermeasure

Abstract  Current farmland acquisition system in China was originated in 1950s and has been developed and perfected for many years since then, but are still facing obvious problems to be solved, compared with socialist modernization and market reform. In order to accelerate the sys- tem reform of farmland acquisition of China, make it be perfect, and in order to solve a series of practical problems caused by the defect of system, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on the basis of historical analysis on the system of current farmland acquisition of China.
