[本篇论文由上帝论文网为您收集整理,上帝论文网http://paper.5var.com将为您整理更多优秀的免费论文,谢谢您的支持] 作者: 钟北京 傅维标(清华大学工程力学系) 【摘要】气体燃料再燃是研究较多的降低烟气中NOx含量最有效的方法之一。本文以典型的一次燃烧区烟气成分为模拟烟气,研究了不同的气体燃料(CH4,C2H2和C2H4)作为再燃燃料时,再燃区燃烧工况(空气过量系数和再燃温度)对NOx再燃过程和NOx还原率的影响。通过计算发现,不同组分的气体燃料、再燃区空气过量系数及再燃区温度对NOx的再燃过程和NOx还原率都有重要的影响。 1 引言 自从1983年三菱重工利用再燃技术成功降低烟气中NOx排放以后[1],燃料再燃就成为降低NOx排放的诸多炉内方法中最有效的措施之一。许多研究结果表明,燃料再燃可使NOx的排放量降低50%以上[2]。在研究中发现,再燃燃料的种类对NOx的再燃率有重要的影响。在已有的报道中,气体燃料(尤其是天然气)是被认为最好、因而被采用最多的再燃燃料之一。NOx的再燃机理是燃料分解出来的碳氢基(CHi)与NOx反应,从而使NOx还原成N2。虽然稍后也有煤或煤焦作为再燃燃料的报道[3],但研究气体燃料作为再燃燃料是最为简单的,而且气体燃料也可以模拟煤作为再燃燃料时挥发份对NOx的均相反应。本文通过化学反应动力学模型的计算,研究了不同气体燃料和再燃区的燃烧工况(如温度和空气过量系数)对烟气中NOx的再燃过程和NOx还原率的影响。 2 计算模型简介 燃料再燃又称燃料分级,实际上是把炉内燃烧过程沿炉膛高度分为如下三个不同的燃烧区(如图1所示)。第一燃烧区:这是主燃烧区,约有80%的燃烧在该区燃烧,其空气过量系数大于1.0。由于该区氧气充足,火焰温度较高,因此将形成较多的NOx。此外,如果在该区没有足够的停留时间,将有一定量的未完全燃烧产物与NOx一起进入再燃区。第二燃烧区:这是再燃区,再燃燃料在空气不足的条件下喷射到第一燃烧区的下游,形成碳氢基(CHi),从而使来自第一燃烧区的NOx还原。第三燃烧区:这是燃尽区,在该区加入空气,形成富氧燃烧区,使所有的未完全燃烧产物燃尽。 
图1 再燃过程示意图 本文计算的物理对象是第二燃烧区,即再燃区。来自第一燃烧区的模拟烟气成分为:CO2=16.8%,O2=1.95%,NO=0.1%和平衡气体N2。计算中选择了低分子量的烃类燃料作为再燃燃料,它们分别是:CH4,C2H2,C2H4。通过计算分析,研究了所选择的三种气体燃料在不同的再燃工况下对NOx还原率的影响。计算中使用了在文献[4]中进行过详细讨论的化学反应动力学模型,该模型包含30种组分的118个可逆反应(附录A)。计算中使用的再燃区空气过量系数为0.2~1.0,再燃区温度为1100℃~1300℃。 附录A 化学反应动力学机理 反应动力学常数公式:k=A.TN.exp(-E/RT) 单位:mol, m3, s, K和cal/mol |
