量静脉输注丙种球蛋白，可使出血倾向取得一定程度的改善［2，7］。也有人认为γ球蛋白没有益处［8］。



　　4.激素：皮质类固醇和雄激素治疗PAAA的效果有争议［1］。妊娠女性胎儿时，禁用雄激素。有人认为，皮质类固醇可以缩短贫血时间，并缓解症状［2］。



　　5.CSF：近年来，基因工程技术的产物CSF已广泛地应用于AA的治疗，但是在孕妇中使用的安全性尚不清楚。



　　6.改善微循环：东莨菪碱和一叶秋碱对AA，尤其是较轻的病例有一定的作用，未见到用于妊娠期的报道。



　　7.抗生素：与粒细胞减少症有关的发热和感染，应使用广谱抗生素治疗。



　　总之，PAAA是一种临床罕见的严重的疾病，与妊娠密切相关，尽管在病因和发病机理等方面还不明确，但我们要对孕期出现贫血的孕妇提高警惕，首先明确诊断，并加强对母婴的监测，积极治疗合并症，减少并发症的出现。
