动素受体激动剂的作用，
它还能刺激内源性胃动素释放。EM574是一种红霉素衍生物，在狗的十二指肠预留
插管，通过灌注EM574，发现EM574能提高胃窦动力，加速胃内液体和固体的排空，
同时伴有饭后胰淀粉酶增加，但胆酸变化量不大［16］。研究证明［17］，红霉素
对清醒状态下大鼠，能显著提高直肠、小肠的电活动效率。向荣成等［18］用红霉
素及复方氨基酸对胆石病患者胆囊收缩的协同作用进行了研究，发现复方氨基酸加
红霉素组胆囊最大排空率与单独用药组相比，有明显提高，且作用时间延长。
　　
6　结　语
　　胃肠激素的作用广泛，临床应用也在不断扩大。该类物质化学本质为小分子肽
，而肽类在循环中半衰期较短，极易在肠中降解，因此限制了其应用。针对这些问
题，可对己知结构进行化学修饰或合成其类似物，以便制成口服有效、有较高生物
利用度、半衰期长和高度特异性的药物。
