  因为早期子宫镜的透镜系统是低级的，常常发生光线和成像传播不足现象。现
在大部分子宫镜的透镜系统都有玻璃纤维环绕其周围，可照明子宫腔。1952年，V
ulmiere曾用一单片硬矿物质玻璃为引导，处理得当不仅能照明，而且当与目的物
接触时也能放大影像。1963年开始用一个光学套管放在斜鞘内的方法，并于1973年
Barbot在法国推荐其用于临床29而使之完善。1979年Baggish报道首次在美国应有
此器械29。接触性子宫镜是将光学与现代全景照相子宫镜的原理相结合，成为一种
简单的器械。1980年Hamou曾介绍了这种微型阴道子宫镜36（Microcolpohysteros
cope），正如新近Baggish在1987年推荐的附带四个频道手术鞘的一种聚焦全景照
相子宫镜，对激光操作特别有用29。
