样，社会的平等分配岂不大打折扣？又如，扬克主张的公有资产是在“完全的”资本主义市场形式下运作。这样，人们不无理由地对其实际运作的进展表示担忧──全方位的资本主义的运作方式最终可能导致公有制的瓦解；即使它存在下去，由于完全的市场运行所带来的各种经济活动主体（企业和个人）间的强烈的利益冲突，也会使它不能实现公平分配的职能。
　　尽管如此，我们还是不能完全否定当代市场社会主义的理论价值。至少，它们为未来的实践留下丰富的思想资料，留下可供选择的参考框架。主要参考文献：
