方程(2)就是人体总暴露计算机模型的基本方程，已有的暴露模型有人类活动和污染物暴露模型(SHAPE)[7,17]和国家大气质量标准(NAAQS)暴露模型(NEM)[16],SHAPE是由Ott等人提出用中模拟CO暴露的,而NEM是由Johnson 和Paul提出模拟NO暴露的。
