Caspi等[19]进行了为期30年的跟踪研究,共追踪了1 037名儿童从出生到成年,其结果显示,与未在儿童期受虐待或很少受虐待的儿童相比,受严重虐待的儿童易于产生对抗社会的暴力行为。

    总之,近年随着临床和研究技术的发展,对暴力行为危险因素的研究有了进一步进展。但由于暴力行为的定义不统一、缺乏暴力程度的共同度量标准及样本缺乏代表性等问题,加之人类行为本身的复杂性使各研究间缺乏可比性,导致研究结果的不一致。以后在高危人群研究的基础上还应进行多区域的纵向研究,使研究结果尽可能的反映总的人群,同时还应考虑生物、心理、社会各因素间的相互作用,使暴力行为危险因素的研究结论更为准确,为暴力行为的预测和控制提供更有力的证据。
